Are you all or nothing?

some days we don’t have time to get in a full workout, will usually work out an hour but we might only have 20 minutes to spare. instead of saying if I can’t have a full workout I might as well skip it, skip that 20 minutes in. It all adds up!and sometimes you don’t want to work out because maybe you’re going somewhere right after and you’re not going to have time to shower. Instead of begging the entire workout, maybe just walk and not work up quite as bif a sweat
