Defintely feeling the cross training

So yesterday was cross training day, and if you remember, I dowloaded a Yoga App to do for my workout. Although the workout didn’t feel super hard, today my muscles were a bit sore. My arms (especially back of arms) and a little in the quads and calves.  I’m sore in different areas than when I run/walk. So, I really think this is going to be a great complement to my running/walking.
